The DOFUS Touch 1.73 beta already has a date, and it is carrying a lot more than a tiny preview build. This one opens access to a big part of what the next update is bringing: the official release of the Labyrinth, new rewards, stories, a refreshed characteristics UI, new spells, new equipment, and even the Ebony Dofus.

That is good news, because when a beta covers this much ground, it becomes worth jumping into even if you only have time for a focused session or two.

The beta begins on Monday, June 8, and access happens directly through the main DOFUS Touch app during the beta period. No strange separate setup is needed.

What is available to test

The biggest headliner is the official release of the Labyrinth, but it does not come alone. The update also includes uncertain scrolls, new stories, a redesigned characteristics interface, new spells and equipment, plus the final stretch of a questline.

  • The Labyrinth as a full release feature.
  • New rewards and uncertain scrolls.
  • Stories and interface changes.
  • New spells, gear, and the Ebony Dofus.

How to join without confusion

The article also reminds players of a few important beta rules. Characters are imported at specific times during the year, so your live setup may not match perfectly. And, as usual, nothing you do in beta affects the regular servers.

If you want to test things properly, there is also a test NPC at the Amakna village zaap, [-2,0], meant to provide many of the items linked to the update.

Where to send feedback

Feedback can be posted either on the official beta forum section or in the dedicated beta Discord. The official recommendation is still to prioritize the forum for cleaner long-term tracking.

Quick take: this looks like an important beta. If you like getting ahead of big changes or helping catch issues before launch, there is plenty here to test.

Why this beta matters

A lot of players only dip into beta out of curiosity, but when an update touches this many systems at once, testing it is one of the best ways to understand where the game is heading next.
