Step 1

Talk to Oshimo in [9,21] — informs you about the plague of ticks that are parasitizing the Frigost Boufmouths
Go see the Wogew the Hewmit in [-3,-45] — the hermit knows how to combat this plague
Wogew will ask you to collect evidence of the infection; Get the following items and take them to [-3,-45]:
10× Mastogob Ticks — Boufmouth drop in Frigost
1× Contaminated Mastogob Blood — drop from Mastogobs infected normals
1× Contaminated Mastogob Warrior Blood — drop from infected war Mastogobs
1× Contaminated Venerable Mastogob Blood — drop from Mastogobs infected legendaries
1× Contaminated Mastogobbly Blood — drop from infected Mastogobines
Deliver all items to Wogew the Hewmit in [-3,-45]
