Strategy

1 Before entering: Father Whupper punishes control errors very much. Simple rule: **don't remove MP**. Each attempt gives him 1 permanent MP for the entire fight, and if you turn him into a Christmas rocket, the fight turns into a nightmare.
2 Room 1: The Yitis and gifts can hit quite hard if they reach melee. Prioritize monsters that summon Prez or heal. A poorly managed Prez can end in free damage or even a kill zone.
3 Room 2: Be very careful with puppets and monsters that erode or push. If something that heals a lot appears, take it down before touching the boss. This fight becomes horrible if the Heals buy too many turns.
4 Boss: What is Father Whupper doing?: Father Whupper does not have invulnerability. It hits very hard at long range without line of sight, draws in line and kills in melee. He can also fully heal and boost everyone if you take him down without finishing him off. Every 3 turns he summons a Puch Ingball. You can then transform it into a puppet or give it AP. If the same Puch receives AP twice, he can cast a spell that kills the entire team.
5 How to remove vulnerability: It does not have invulnerability. The actual mechanic is to **kill the Puch Ingball if Father Whupper gives it AP and doesn't transform it into a puppet**. Don't leave it alive until the next transformation, because it can end in wipe. Don't take MP from the boss either. Controla with obstacles, lines and distance, not giving MP infinity.
6 extra: The typical mistake is to lower it to low health without being able to kill it. Don't get excited: if you can't finish it, leave it above the threshold, clear Summons and prepare for a strong turn. Then yes, you blow it up.
