Step 1

6. defeat 2× Ratworm Apprentice (any map)
7. defeat 2× Sick Tofu (any map)
8. defeat 2× Sick Arachnee (any map)
9. At the end of the hunt, talk to him Underatlord's Emissary.

Step 2

Underatlord, Adviser Arky and Magus Ax

1. talk to Underatlord to explain the situation and receive the bottle of Grafina.
2. talk to Adviser Arky in [1,-20].
3. Go to [5,-18] and talk to Magus Ax.

Step 3

Militia, antidote and Mutant Rat

1. Go to the militia in [1,-17] and go down to the basement.
2. Pour the antidote into the baths.
3. talk to Mutant Rat in [1,-17].
4. defeat 1× Mutant Rat in [1,-17]
5. Return with Underatlord to tell him what happened.
