Strategy

1 Before entering: This dungeon is about elemental cycles and jars. If you hit without looking at the monster's status, you can lose a lot of damage or activate things you didn't want. It has damage in several elements and a lot of map control. Fallback MP, thrusts and positioning help a lot.
2 Room 1: The Tanukiss use a pottery cycle: Modelling, Humidification, Cooking and Drying. Be very careful with Drying, because at that stage they become invulnerable. For get them out of there, hit them with dirt and they go back to Modelling.
3 Room 2: Tatatojiki is priority because he can summon jugs and fill the map. Shinobuubusu is also dangerous due to invisibility, poisons, and jars. If both play freely, the room begins to look like a warehouse that is impossible to walk through.
4 Boss: What is Tanukouï San doing?: Tanukouï San hits ground with push and lifesteal, or fire with retreat MP. It also applies Dye, boosts allies, and can transform a jug into a Terracotta General. That general intercepts damage you deal to the Tanukui and can kill targets marked by Dyed.
5 How to remove vulnerability: It does not have classic invulnerability. The real mechanic is **controlling the Tanukiss cycle and eliminating sources of instant death**. If a monster is in Drying, hit it with dirt to remove it from invulnerable. In boss, kill the Terracotta General and Shinobuubusu quickly if they are creating danger. Without those pieces, Tanukouï San becomes much more manageable at range.
6 extra: The typical mistake is to hit the boss while the Terracotta General is still intercepting damage. Don't get excited. First cut jugs, general and Shinobuubusu; Afterwards you can play Tanukui calmly.
